God, Ozzy was such a freakin babe. And the other dudes were just total badasses. I need this as a poster on my wall, now. I'll get rid of everything else I have if I can just have that.
Tony Iommi is my guitar hero. His riffs are so sick. Yes, I said it! HIS RIFFS ARE SO SICK. This entire performance is incredible, everyone is transcendent they are so good. Their drummer is a beast. Ozzy's singing is too real.
If I had been a teenager during this time, I would have seen them play live, and I would have been in the front row, and I would have literally died.
What is even happening here? According to youtube, this is from a German TV show. Can you imagine just diddling about your business, turning on your TV, and seeing/hearing this? Your mind would melt and you would turn into a radioactive puddle of ooze.
Have you heard of the band Coven? My coworker is obsessed with them. They are who inspired Black Sabbath.

I told Nicole recently that I imagined seeing Zeppelin live, in there prime before 1977, as akin to looking directly at the sun. Your eyes and brain would melt. I think seeing Black Sabbath would be like looking at the sky and discovering that the sun turned black.
